I've been thinking that I needed to get moving a bit more and watch what I'm eating but my friend Jennifer the straw that broke the camel's back. So what I'm committing to for the next 30 days is to watch what I eat and exercise enough to loose 10 pounds. It's only a small step twords where I need to be but it all adds up.
What things do you need to work on these next 30 days? They could be the start of a whole new life for you! What will you commitment will you make?

10 pounds! Wow! What a differance that will be - think of all the clothes that you'll be able to fit in to in just a few short days. I'm so glad you joined.... I look forward to seeing a slimmer Grace at the reatreat this year!
